Small but mighty. Ideal location.

This hotel is a lovely, clean hotel which is located in a perfect area. The hotel is surrounded by stores and places to dine. It has a lovely little breakfast/coffee shop next door which we used every day. And the number 14 tram stopped just along from the hotel to take you to the city centre. The hotel itself was lovely and felt modern (checked ourselves in!). We stayed in the small room and it was indeed small. The bathroom felt especially small and cramped with a shelf you may hit your head on while brushing your teeth. Other than that though, the room itself had everything you needed or wanted and the bed was large and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The room was small, dirty and noisy.

I was planning a birthday for my girlfriend with a nice room in Amsterdam, but when we arrived we got a room below the ground floor. When we opened the room’s door it was very smelly, extremely small and dirty. Marks and dirty walls, even the pillows, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. We didn’t feel comfortable and for the night time was very noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Our window was next to the road, where we always heard even if someone is talking, and taking the bottles. During the night we heared the vacuum cleaner and if someone was walking next to our door. So disappointed.

Would be top-notch but for room size and shower.

Can't praise the staff enough. Friendly, helpful and responsive. Our room and the en-suite were a little small for two people staying for more than a night or two, (room 8) but we managed. Beds are comfy and food was superb with very generous portions. Breakfast cooked individually, which is becoming very rare nowadays and was very welcome, as was the provision of fresh milk every day. There's a lift – aways helpful even if just to help with luggage. Downside? Apart from the small room (and you can always check in advance), the shower could have done with a deep clean around the edges – a bit of mould here and there. The hotel is on a busy corner but don't worry about traffic noise – it's not a problem – there's hefty double glazing.

Super nice people!

Very nice staff and very helpful as well. I needed to shift the reservation and even if it was not included in my reservation they shifted it without any extra cost. This saved my trip. Thanks a lot guys.and also I asked some questions about parking and they helped a lot

Great Place thoroughly recommended

Good place to stay except local restaurants lack excitement. Everything else was excellent bed, staff, bikes. Would recommend and there is a tram stop giving access to the center and all the facilities and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
