Great Place thoroughly recommended

Good place to stay except local restaurants lack excitement. Everything else was excellent bed, staff, bikes. Would recommend and there is a tram stop giving access to the center and all the facilities and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

An amazing staff, they were so helpful and friendly, I like the hotel it’s a different experience I recommended this hotel , good location, parking available (not free) , Staff are helpful , clean , restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance , city center is 15 min walking distance

Great location and very nice hotel

We stayed at the Lancaster for 3 nights. Our experience was excellent — we loved location, within walking distance to central station, the breakfast was very good and staff very nice.

Lovely hotel and room however the superior king room which I paid £50 extra per person did not match the photos

Lovely stay room was nice and spacious with great views. Staff were all friendly and was super helpful even got us in the room early which was helpful.
