Good location, but rooms small
E stayed in this hotel for three nights in September 2018. The reception area was somewhat minimalist, but the rooms were clean, although quite compact. We had booked a double for my wife and me and a single for our son. Both were somewhat smaller than we were used to, but probably not unusually small for a hotel near the centre of a major capital city. The location was good, within about 15 minutes walk of Rembrantplein and 15 minutes of Dam Square and easily accessible by tram. We had breakfast in a restaurant nearby on 2 of the 3 mornings we were there and in Dam Square the other morning, so we cannot comment on the food. But we had drinks in the cellar bar a couple of nights and the service was good and the prices reasonable. The room was fine for a 3 day stay, but we probably would have found it a bit cramped if we were staying there for a week or longer. Overall, we felt it was good value for what we were looking for.
fat fifty celebration
great location with a wonderful bar and dining areas, staff were helpful and friendly rooms were clean we were lucky we had a very big room check out at 11am and check in 3pm no problem to store luggage when leaving
Stayed here with two friends recently, bedroom was bit small for three persons, but was clean with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't have it. I did receive an email from the hotel before I arrived asking did I want to add breakfast to my stay at a charge of €15 per morning, when I arrived at hotel I was offered breakfast at a rate of €10 per morning. The hotel is a short tram ride outside of city, the no 14 stops beside hotel, it's €7.40 for a 24hr card, you buy theses on the trams.
