The customer officce doesnt work in weekend and any problem can be solve during it. I booked this hotel 2 o 3 times per year, also I recommended to my colleagues by the universiteit but now i regret. Good, clean room close to zoo
Great quadruple room. Very clean, all amenities we needed. Location good for Zoo and tram 14 gets you conveniently to central station. Quieter area which we liked because we were a family.
The best time in Amsterdam
My sister and I used this Hotel on our stay in Amsterdam for 3 nights. It was extremely warm during our stay and we asked if we could change to an air-conditioned room, they were more than happy to upgrade us. Our suite was amazing the bed was so comfy, the staff were great and it was a good location. Only a few minute walk away from the tram which takes you into the centre in around 10 minutes. I will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend staying here.
